I've spent the last 4 years working agency-side leading a team focused on serving B2B tech, growth-oriented clients building rich brand and integrated content marketing creative across digital platforms. Behind the scenes, I led internal efforts to optimize our processes and implement automated methods that increased efficiency and our capacity across creative operations to deliver greater volume in less time. A deeper dive into my experience reveals a broad range of multi-disciplined roles, experience and impact.
As a brand designer and visual communicator at my core, I am a hands-on creative problem solver with passion about art direction and considering solutions from multiple approaches. I've been an integral part of multi-disciplined teams crafting brand expressions that translate key business strategies into digital experiences, physical spaces, packaging and printed collateral. I bring systems thinking forward and look for ways to implement visual systems in clear, concise, and engaging ways.
As a creative partner and leader, my experience combines leadership, performance, strategy and execution. I work cross-functionally to facilitate and manage stakeholder input and champion brand vision, values and principles to deliver successful outcomes.
